Differential diagnosis of ASFV GI, GII and GI/GII recombinant strain
Introduction
VDx® ASFV 3Diff qPCR Kit is used for the detection of viral DNA of African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) genotype I and II and highly lethal recombinant strain by real-time PCR method.
This kit can differentiate the specific gene of ASFV genotype I and II by using TapMan probes. Additionally, it is possible to check whether the PCR reaction proceeded normally by adding Exogenous IPC.
